Repeal the IRS, in Jesus' Name?

Politically, you are no doubt aware that the Neopublican Tea Party movement is not really political. It is fundamentally religious, and motivated by the same mentality that gave us Jim Jones, Cotton Mather, and the Dark Ages. For me, whatever I think about things like finance law or state's rights etcetc, that fact is enough to take a stand against it, which today means against the Republican Party's candidates, all of them, however I might feel about the good principles of the classic fiscally-conservative GOP.

You do not vote "against the GOP" by voting for a third party, or a write in. Those votes do not count at all. You might as well stay home, or vote for Kermit The Frog. The ONLY number that matters is whether there are more who vote Democrat than Neopublican. Choose, and vote.

  1. Hey James! Unfortunately, I do believe you are right. I hate to admit it. I am feeling good about voting this time, however. The question is whether I believe deep in my heart all the bull shit about the Republican's Tea Party letting lose a title wave on November 2nd that will take them back control of the House and Senate. I don't believe it. I think it is Right Wing Bull Shit. But, it is on my mind. But, even if they did, it might be better for the country. I mean, they have the Congress and the Democrats still have the President to veto in the next two years. I am afraid of a total Democrat victory. Not because I fear what they would accomplish, but I think the Right would revolt. These things are on my mind for this important election.
